Our Range of Materials
Hot Washed PET Flakes
High-quality material, processed to remove organic contaminants and adhesives. Ideal for high-quality polyester staple fiber (PSF), sheet, and strapping.
Cold Washed PET Flakes
Mainly intended for polyester fiber production, filling materials, and industrial applications where technical requirements are moderate.
Baled PET Bottles
We supply post-consumer bottles compacted in bales, classified by color as needed:
- Clear (Transparent)
- Blue (Light blue)
- Mixed Colors (Multicolor)
Other Thermoplastics
Upon prior request and depending on seasonal availability, we manage sourcing for PP, HDPE, and LDPE (film or regrind).
Specifications and Quality
Every operation is validated through a technical data sheet. The standard parameters we coordinate include:
Moisture
Control of levels according to the target process.
Contamination
Maximum limits for PVC, labels, metals, and other polymers.
Particle size
Flake size adapted to the customer's machinery.
Color
Optical sorting and chromatic purity.
